I went at night to pick up an order, they were preparing for closing which means that they were tired of their long working hours and yet their good sense of humor and friendly service was amazing. The lady who helped me deserves an A+

If I would of known with a postage sign before ordering that soda wasn't refillable, I could have taken my business somewhere else. I normally get my coffee in the mornings. Never noticed till I came to eat with the family.
Plz add a postage sign by the cashier or in the front windows, acknowledging that this, in particular, McDonald's does not give refills. Customers aren't aware of this, and we should be. We shouldn't have to wait to go up to the cashier and ask for a refill, and then find out. Thank you, hoping to see a sign posted sorry no refills.

Ordered hotcakes to go and they gave me absolutely nothing with it. No utensils, no syrup, no butter. They forgot my apple slices as well, so I had to return for them. Inexperienced and forgetful staff.

Ordered DR. PEPPER and got seltzer water with a splash of cola color. It has no flavor and is very light in color. Spankingly disappointed.
Bad service and only gives 3 napkins then i asked for more she gave me 3 more like what McDonald's its on a budget like why pay 40 of food for 3 napkins smh will not be coming back its a shame cause my kids liked it here but your lost ill go elsewhere -10 and it say no pickles in the burgers guess what it has pickles in the burger like I don't understand how hard is it to read English
