The prices are getting out of control, and the quality of the food has gone down. I have been going to McDonald's for over 30 years. But now I stopped. I don't enjoy the food. It's cheaper to go to a local restaurant, and get larger portions, and taste much better. I feel McDonald's has over extended them self, in order to cut costs.

I usually go frequently since it is very close to me, and there is always parking available because it is in a square. The staff is very attentive and orders are completed quickly.

The worst McDonald's in Jersey City!!!! Everytime my fries comes like this or worst!! Old fried and soggy!!!!!!! Service is purely abysmal!! I really go out my way from even ordering from this McDonald's!! I have sooo many stories and bad experiences from here!! This is in walking distance and I drive to the Holland tunnel one or even walk and the Holland tunnel one is wayyyy better!! This McDonald's just need new everything!!!

I order breakfast most mornings on the app on my way to work to save time so I can grab and go and no matter how in advance I order I'm always stuck waiting quite a while when I get there. What's the point of ordering ahead when a fast food order isn't ready after 20 mins but yet people going in the place ordering on the spot are getting served before someone that put in an order in advance. Makes zero sense get better McDonald's

There’s this horrible management she must have gotten a nose job done. She was very disgustingly rude and extremely aggressive to her employees. When I ask for a barbecue sauce she gave me a nasty attitude after me spending $27 on three different meals. They didn’t give me the sauce to begin with when it came to an order, and then she reprimanded and yelled at the employee, who took my order I highly recommend this woman chooses a different career because she has no idea how to be clearly management material .
