Had thai milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. It was perfect, with real tea. Both the toppings were good. I drink a lot of boba tea and try to get them anytime I find a new place and can say this was one of the best places I’ve had. Service is quick, the place is spacious and clean.

I've been coming for years and they refused service to me half hour before they close. I traveled over half to get here to be rejected service while someone's else was being served. I felt discrimiated because we were the only people of color. This is my first experience like this at this place, it happen at 8:32pm April 17th.

The shop assistant had already closed the food delivery platform at eight o'clock, which prevented me from placing an order. You should know that I often ordered food at this time before.^-^

I used to come here often and could always place my order with a staff member. But this time, the service was terrible. The store wasn’t even busy, yet one of the employees rudely told me to use the machine instead of taking my order. It was a really disappointing experience, and honestly, I don’t feel like coming back. I hope they improve their customer service and train their employees better.

What I recommend: grass jelly signature, if you’re filipino get the tofu pudding (“taho”) but with regular sugar
Service is slow and they seem overwhelmed with the demand. The quality of the egg waffles is a notch below the other locations, but still pretty solid.

I placed an order for four desserts and politely requested a small bowl to share with my family, but my request was denied. Instead, I was provided with an extra small cup and informed that it would be complimentary. I was surprised to learn that a paper bowl could be considered a significant expense. Additionally, the tables were visibly unclean, and despite the presence of staff, no one seemed willing to address the issue. This establishment falls short of the standards expected of a reputable dessert venue. Consequently, I will not be returning.

Critically understaffed, and they know. They had a sign up that the wait time would be less than 12mins, and if it wasn’t, notify the staff. What’s that cook going to do…? Clone themselves? Make their employer hire enough people. I waited over 20 min for boba. The drink was solid, but $8.50 and a 20 minute wait is just an unacceptable combo. This place could be really successful if they had AT LEAST twice the staff working there. 1 person for the lunch hour isn’t gonna cut it.
