Had thai milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. It was perfect, with real tea. Both the toppings were good. I drink a lot of boba tea and try to get them anytime I find a new place and can say this was one of the best places I’ve had. Service is quick, the place is spacious and clean.

Cons: they can better their service (server missed giving some mini q from my order)
What I recommend: grass jelly signature, if you’re filipino get the tofu pudding (“taho”) but with regular sugar

The dessert store is a delight to visit. The taro balls are authentic and one of my favorite. Grass jelly is my best favorite but it only works in cold desert. It melt away in hot soup. It is due to the nature of the food though a pity. What dampened my enthusiasm is that almost all the food items coming with boba which at best harmless or loaded with starch.
