Horrible, stale, dry pizza. Took over an hour to arrive. Save your money. better off eating cardboard with hot sauce

Terrible. 2 hours have passed, and I still don't have the food. My apartment is less than a mile away from their shop. I called about an hour after my order had been placed and they said that the guy had left the shop. I was fine with that. 20 minutes later, I called back only to get told that the guy had left the shop with 4 orders that had been placed. I told them that if it wasn't here in five more minutes that I was going to speak with Delivery.com to get a refund on the order. I've already submitted the complaint to Delivery.com for a refund. Terrible. The guy on the phone seriously didn't care at all. Just kept repeating that the delivery guy had left. Don't order from this place. Adding an update: The food arrived at 7pm, and I turned it away at the door. 2.5 hours, without any significant updates or anything, and poor customer service from the shop when I called about the order. Just horrible.

I'm less than a mile away from this place and yet it took them 2 hrs to deliver 2 overcooked and COLD pizza pies. I repeated my home address 3 times to the guy who took my order & yet the delivery guy had to call me twice to still confirm my address. WTF guys? I ripped up the menu & still aren't sure how I got the menu to begin with. This is what I get trying to save a couple of bucks.
