Stephanie and her team were wonderful to work with! They came onsite at our building and served ice cream for a resident appreciate event. The ice cream was delicious and their set up was great. Looking forward to working with them again!

I love the concept of having cereal in a milkshake, so was quite looking forward to trying this place. I enjoyed what I had (vanilla ice cream shake + honey oat cereal + chocolate drizzle) but I don’t think I enjoyed it to the extent that I’m sure I’m coming back here. It was more like cereal dipped in ice cream rather than ice cream and cereal well blended as one whole flavor.

When you walk past an ice cream shop you expect the nostalgic scent of buttery vanilla but instead this place consistently wreaks of strong floor cleaner smell, like Fabuloso, which is extremely toxic, a respiratory irritant and causes cancer and infertility. I cant imagine how unhealthy that is for their workers. Forget stopping by for ice cream I have to hold my breath just to walk by. They seriously need to switch to a natural / neutral or non toxic floor cleaner!

This used to be an amazing place that combines your favorite cereals with ice cream into a swirl. They’ve now changed that to a regular scoop with some toppings. Really disappointed

Ice cream is great but customer service is wild, non stop talking, ignoring customers, yelling memes at each other while there's a massive line..and just clearly not giving a singular f about their job.

The ice cream is extremely yummy and looks so good, snap couldn’t eat first lol. Our orders got a little discombobulated but the worker was amazing and got us situated right away. The vibes inside were cute with an open outdoor concept yet, they use lots of pastels and those get dingy. So certain frames seemed back room-ish. Overall, great spot for anyone from dates to family snack stops:)
Kid-friendliness: They had Tv screens with cartoons. As well as having plenty of colors and mirrors to look at!
Kid-friendliness: So sweet to my child (f3)!! When she asked for cookie crisp carnival the blonde girl with curly hair was nothing but kind to her!! She made her day!

My little sister wanted to get ice cream, so we drove an hour to come here and get ice cream for her birthday, only to find out that they had closed 30 minutes before their posted closing time. I would understand if they closed their doors at 8:55, but 30 minutes early is a bit unfair. Now we are driving back home without ice cream, thanks to them.

2nd time in 2 weeks i came here and they were closed. Drove 30 minutes, online says they are open, but workers said they closed early. This is unfair and inconvenient for customers. Wasted time and gas. Very disappointed.
