The only reason I continue to go there is that my Strawberry Bubble And Lavender tea are the Best I love the service but only from the young manager. I miss his "Girl Friend" as in co worker!!! I do think menu has to change a little especially the food.. I think the dri is to come down at least 2 dollars. 30.00 for 2 drink a 3 desserts hurt my pocket.

Service is awesome. Right in the center of the mall on the 2nd floor, to relax and chill (plenty of seats and tables) while shopping gets hectic there are obanyaki dessert and boba teas / fruit juice to choose from meanwhile to enjoy the anime decos dedicated for all folks, good music too

Such a great addition to Newport mall. I love bubble tea & mixed drinks so I'm so happy about this spot. We tried the honey black milk tea, the rose milk tea and the peachy summer. All so good! An amazing selection of drinks & treats and great service as well. Can't wait to make our way through the menu!!

This place is amazing. The obanyaki ice cream is a must! It's basically ice cream between freshly made waffles. Their Mocktails menu is great and fresh ingredients; I had the 'pineapple express' and very refreshing. Highly recommend this place.

I was really excited to try this place. Something a little different and fun looking that I haven't seen before. But boy was I disappointed. We walked in on a weekday it was empty besides the employee that was working and for some reason she felt rushed and not that very enthusiastic to help. The two items that she recommended were not that great. A lemon cream cheese matcha( personally this is terrible flavor combo) and an Oreo custard. Oreo was still hard & the custard was cold & the outside was warm, not sure what was happening here. I believe these were specialty flavors. The place eventually packed up for some video game tournament. The cashier completely forgot about us after that. From reading other reviews I do you want to go back and try different flavors, maybe the basic flavors. Also have the green tea bubble tea that was actually really delicious and kind of the only reason I would go back & give it another shot.

If you're looking for fast and flavorful food and drinks I'd recommend Mocktails and Dreams. They surround Japanese and Taiwanese culture with their food and bubble tea. Not to mention a place which gives nonalcoholic cocktails (mocktails) which fulfills the eye and the tastebuds of people of all ages. Not only do they offer treats, they have a vibe of pop culture from the Nintendo switch invites customers to relax and play games, they also have this retro vibe with figurines and vinyls. The establishment also holds video game tournaments each week. So if you want unique food surrounded by friendly hosts and a cultural vibe come down, grab a bite and enjoy the serenity of this establishment.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to how expensive everything is. Don't get me wrong, everything is good, great even! But not worth what you're paying for it. This is one of the most expensive bubble teas I've ever had in my life. $6.70 before tax for just a winter melon latte with bubbles.. again, it was great but not so above and beyond all the other standard chains that it's worth this much more. The pancake things are also really good (there's another review on here with prices) but there's a 2 for $9 "deal" for their signature specialty ones. Got the honey boba custard, the matcha custard, and the chicken masala. Honey boba and chicken masala were both REALLY good, but probably not something I would pay this price for often, maybe just a here and there thing if I'm in the area and willing to splurge. Seems like a cute addition to the mall, overall food is good, my biggest issue is with the prices.

Really good bubble tea. They are always fast and the environment is quite friendly. It's also a good place to do some work on weekdays, very calm. The lychee sunshine is really good!
