This was an outstanding Community joint while there we experienced a birthday party for a deceased owner and a councilman's rally for mayorship it was absolutely splendid. The youth that were playing with the band were marvelous. Keep up the great work and love of community MP.
What a gem! Improvised Jazz in the hood! Come and enjoy the talented musicians! Don’t expect fancy drinks but a glass of wine shared with locals will make your evening special!

Black owned business in a rundown section of Jersey City that hosts free jazz every Friday and Sunday night. No food, no cover, but a 2 drink minimum. This venue should be packed on music nights due to the high quality musical offerings. It suffers from lack of parking nearby and need for better air conditioning. There is a GoFundMe page ongoing to help keep Moore's Place operational.
