They do what they do well. Shawarma was cooked well. The sauces excellent. Fries even better. My wife loved the Mr.CS. $40 for two entrees, falafel side, two seltzers and a hummus side. You can't beat that in this economy.

Please avoid this restaurant entirely. They have zero care for their paying customers. So I order some of their chicken kabob and chicken schwarma at 8pm for delivery on their site. The text stated it would be 30 min and they charged me a delivery fee + tip. All good right? Not so fast turns out they expected me to pick it up and had zero idea about delivery service stating they don’t deliver!?! So I challenged this back and forth and the worker on the phone finally said ok the dasher will be delivering but we don’t know when they will be here…..my food was ready with no dasher for 30 min. They refused to refund my charge and kept insisting I accept this close 10pm with no certainty. Terrible customer service. Terrible treatment of their customers. I will never go back to this place.

I ordered & paid for a smoothie and falafel dish directly on their website. When I arrived (30 minutes after I ordered), the person up front mumbled that she had not seen my order, and that they would start cooking it. Okay...so I go sit down and wait for my order. At this point, this same person tells me that the date smoothie that I had already paid for was not available because they did not have dates. I asked to refund my order and they told me that they couldn't do that.
When you charge people for items, and then are unable to provide the item, the logical next step is to refund the order. They played dumb and acted like they didn't know how to refund.
So I paid for the order and never received it. This place is a scam.

Had the lamb shawarma, honestly had better but it was alright taste wise, then same day at night and following day didn't feel too good... My belly hurts. Giving it 3 stars 'cause of the service which was good. But definitely won't be back.
For $11 you get lots of Cold Rice and .50 Cents worth of Chicken.. Ordered 2 Chicken over Rice.. the rice was cold as it can be.. they made another one but with only 1 spoon of hot rice and rest the same as cold as it can be.. Waste of Money for Sure.. never going back.. Happy cold Eating ya’ all ..

Very unprofessional. I placed a pick up order 20mins ago and the app says 5-10mins.The two cooks in the back were waiting to start preparing my order after i reached there and asked about my order,thry looked so confused. The cashier girl when i asked her about my food told to wait a min and then they 3 started talking something about in the corner. I was not even interacted with or informed how long the preparation will take. The cashier girl kept playing her arabic show on loud and was standing facing the kitchen with her back towards me the whole time till the order was ready.very frustrating experience. The spinach roll/wrap was raw and not cooked through,there were small pieces of chicken bone,also the wrap was stale.very dissapointed with the service. Please hire professional staff.

I ordered the chicken shawarma, and while the packaging was nice and the portions were generous, I was disappointed with the main dish. The fries on the side were good, but the chicken itself was nothing like a traditional shawarma. I was expecting seasoned, vertically grilled chicken, but what I got was soggy, over-seasoned meat with an overwhelming curry sauce. Traditional shawarma does not contain curry, so this felt more like a fusion dish than an authentic shawarma. If you’re looking for a real shawarma experience, this might not be the place.
