Didn't think they still made places like this. Delicious breakfast food, reasonable prices. Open at 6am or maybe earlier. Unbelievably nice service. Many people who came in were regulars and the manager knew their names and orders, but she was extra sweet to me, too, a stranger. Real maple syrup. I wish I had this in my neighborhood.

This is a typical hood restaurant. Very friendly service and excellent food at a super economical price. Do not expect nothing else. If you are looking for a fancy place, go to downtown JC. But if you are looking for good home made food and do not mind blending in the neighborhood I definitely recommend Nick's.

I’ll get breakfast from here often and I have to say the breakfast is very good. Just make sure you check your food before you leave, because it gets very busy in there. Overall the service and Food is great.
