My family has developed loyalty to this restaurant for good reason. Is there any aspect they haven't perfected? Their kitchen prioritizes fresh preparation. The restaurant lives up to advance billing. The neighborhood benefits from having this spot.

I love this place. My go-to is the coconut lemonade made with milk and 3 Splendas. Their food as always on point. They do not disappoint.
They have a huge bar compared to the other locations and their desserts are top tier too no matter what you get.
May it be breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner they are addressed 10/10.

I am pregnant and have been craving virgin pina colada’s . Sent my boyfriend here 25 minutes or so before closing for one and specifically asked to speak to someone who spoke English. The pina colada tasted spoiled and tasted like throw up, couldn’t even drink it and ended up throwing it away. Thought perhaps it might be my tastebuds but my boyfriend tried it and almost threw up due to the taste of spoiled pineapple. $10 down the drain 🥲
My server Liza was very sweet and beautiful

DISCRIMINATION!! Came here to pick up an order for delivery & employees did not want to relinquish the order to me. An employee came out with the delivery order but turned around & clearly took it back after seeing I was the person there to pick it up. I asked multiple employees multiple times, even someone who appeared to be a manager what was going on with the order and received no clear response & was ultimately brushed off. I stood there & watched as other delivery personnel came to pick up their orders & was giving them right away. I was made to wait at least an additional 20 mins for the order in their hopes that I would cancel my delivery pick up & a more favorable delivery driver would come. Eventually after realizing that I would not cancel my pick up & I’m pretty sure the temperature of the food was cooling down they finally gave me the order. Definitely not what I expected going into a well known establishment like this but this is a Hispanic restaurant in a predominantly Hispanic community & I’m a black American so I’m definitely not surprised by the racial bias.

The best Colombian food! excellent customer service 👏 Amazing drinks!
While Jersey City's Heights offers a taste of Colombian culture, not all establishments live up to the promise. A recent encounter revealed a lack of hospitality that is simply unacceptable!
Denying a loyal PREGNANT patron access to their restroom is unfortunate and when a restaurant fails to provide the warmth and respect that every customer deserves it reminds me of the importance of choosing where to spend our time and money.
For a more authentic experience, consider exploring other options that truly embrace their culture and clientele.
Let's uplift those who treat their customers right! #JerseyCity #ChooseWisely

I’ve been coming to this restaurant on and off for some time—not because it was exceptional, but because it was convenient. The food has always been overpriced for what it is, often under-seasoned and inconsistent. I’ve overlooked that for the sake of location.
However, after what I experienced today, I won’t be returning. My pregnant friend, who also frequents this establishment, was denied access to the restroom during an urgent moment. As someone who’s pregnant and in clear distress, this lack of compassion and basic decency was shocking.
There are many dining options in the neighborhood, and I’d rather support places that treat people—especially loyal customers and vulnerable individuals—with kindness and respect. I’ll be sharing this experience with friends and neighbors.
I've been coming in this resturant for years with my husband, family and friends. However, I am extremely dissapointed by how I was treated during my last visit. As a pregnant woman, I asked to use the restroom and was refused. It was not only humiliating but deeply inconsiderate. This experience showd a complete lack of basic compassion and customer care. Sadly, desite the good memories here, I won't be returnig after this. I hope management reflecfts o how they treat their loyal patrons, especially those with medical needs.
