The prices seem a little high to me, a paisa tray more than $25 doesn't seem fair to me. Also, when I order cheese bread to go, they pack me bonus bread. It's already happened to me twice.

Very bad experience arriving at nights in Colombia where they tell you to sit wherever you want and after 2 minutes having to move tables just because the manager in charge decides to do so out of strategy. It seems completely disrespectful to me, firstly because the restaurant was completely empty and secondly because she sent an employee instead of her coming to apologize. How can you go to a restaurant like that and enjoy the food every night and it gives very bad service.

I had paragon conqueror it was like rubber! Let Waitress now she just apologized. Didn’t ask me to change it out for anything so ended up paying for it.

The few times I’ve went they have given me wrong change and the wrong order to go, it was brought to the managers attention Mary and she never excuses her staff and was hesitant in my return for 1 of the 2 sandwich I never received in my order to go. Lack of accuracy and manners

I love coming here sometimes because they have a lot of delicious things, but some girls are not very nice to some people, you even feel that bad vibe that they serve you but with an attitude. This was my favorite place for chicharrones. The last two times I bought it it was very dry and almost burned as if it had been reheated. The place is good, but I have had two unpleasant experiences.

The food was not bad but the service was terrible... we arrived and I had to greet 3 waiters so that they would pay attention to us, they seated us Porfin and not to mention that at 10:00 o'clock they turned off the lights, televisions, music, everything and There were many customers eating... what really bad service... we didn't finish eating because literally the attitude was like "go away now" they should close the doors at 9 so they don't rush people like that... what a shame I'm not going back there

I’ve visited various Noches de Colombia across Long Island, Connecticut, Upstate NY, and here in New Jersey, and it’s clear that this specific location stands head and shoulders above the rest in every category. The food is not only delicious but also served in very generous portions, offering great value as the prices are quite reasonable compared to other locations. The bakery consistently impresses with its quality and variety. Furthermore, the service is exemplary, contributing to an overall exceptional dining experience. What sets this location apart for me, personally, is their flexibility and customer-first attitude regarding meal customization. Unlike other establishments that often respond with a regretful, “I’m sorry, that’s how the platter comes, and no substitutions are allowed,” here, they go out of their way to accommodate requests for different side options. This willingness to ensure customer satisfaction by offering alternatives truly enhances the dining experience, making it a standout choice for me.

The food is very delicious and the men served us well, but I was surprised by the women's service. I have been there more than a couple of times and it seems to me that we have to take care of the presentation of the waitresses. It was uncomfortable to see a waitress. serving with a very small blouse like embroidery, which barely covered their breasts and others with extravagant makeup that does not match the place, or if the service is only for adults they would have to specify it, because I did not feel in a family environment. My visits were about 2 weeks ago, but Google reminded me of the place I was looking for at that time because I am from Colombia and I like to support and remember those from my homeland and that is why I think this is important to say, for my part I have never given a bad review but I think that in this case I should do it because I am Colombian and they make us look as if we all dress that badly. Well, in a restaurant that sells food from our culture we also show who we are and I feel poorly represented.Colombians and all women, and rather men and women in general, must dress beautifully as we take care of a very valuable asset.

The food was salty, and if I give this score to the place it is really because of the poor service. I had not left the place and they were already sweeping and throwing liquids with their spray, it is disrespectful. As he says, go away! ah but yes! The tip is already added. That's why if they go well.

The truth is that I really like the food but the customer service is a little rough, plus the girls who serve where the bakery are so rude, you ask them a question and they serve you with a bad attitude. When I go, I have never spoken badly to them or said anything. that they serve me with a bad attitude, last time I bought a tea and a cheese bun I asked the girl if the tea didn't have caffeine and she made a bad face and told me she's not going to want it or not, the truth is, some of them Those who serve should give them training for customer service.
