I have read all kinds of comments about Panda Express, I always go to the one in Newport Mall and I have never had a bad experience. The shrimp are indeed priced extra at $1.50 as are a couple of other proteins. The food may be expensive but it tastes good. I ordered a plate with chow mein plus walnut shrimp, sesame chicken and orange chicken, I like this combination and it makes me happy. Everything tastes very good, I think it depends on the place you go although it shouldn't...
Just want to share that Ralph prepares the Kung Pao perfectly at this location. It’s very flavorful and with just enough spice. I find myself checking to see if Ralph is on shift just to make sure it comes out right.
I placed an order recently on Uber eats and Koleen was so helpful. She answered the phone politely and honored my modifications to my order sufficiently! She’s a perfect example of how fast food representatives should be and Panda Express is lucky to have her.
