Got two soups to go. Waited so long and finally when it was finished they completely forgot the other soup. Very disappointed considering the soup was for a sick relative..

I visited Panera Bread on March 14 around 7 PM, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had at any Panera location. I was really craving a tuna salad sandwich, so I ordered a half tuna sandwich. However, it ended up having far more lettuce and tomato than tuna—honestly, it didn’t even seem like there was half a scoop of tuna in it.
I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a croissant twist, and neither of them tasted fresh. Both seemed stale, which was very disappointing since Panera is known for fresh baked items.
To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the place was not great. The experience from the food quality to the environment was very disappointing. I normally expect much better from Panera Bread, but this location really fell short. Unfortunately, after this visit, I don’t see myself coming back.

I know this place was bought by private equity but to force people to use the ipads while staff hide in the back behind a giant wall is obnoxious. They arent even at the counter, they are behind where you walk in so everyone just stands there waiting for a staff person until they eventually notice them. Such a cheap, cost saving move. Food isnt good either.

This is probably the worst staff of any Panera I've ever seen, and I've seen a few pretty bad ones. I could probably rattle off a dozen stories, but they are pretty consistently bad about staying on top of a coffee in the mornings. If I had 25 minutes to wait for you to brew a new giant pot of coffee, I wouldn't be going to Panera in the first place.

I come in and have always been greeted by someone by the name of Mo. I typically get the same thing every time and Mo gave me other options and was genuinely helpful. I tried one of the new items and it was so good!

A lack of gluten free options in 2024 is crazy
Food is excellent but you need to fix your self serve machines. Apple Pay does not work. No one to take your order too so you are stuck with self serve.

Never order food from here during rush hour. Quality check is trash. They always miss one or two items in the final bag. When asked for the missing items ? the looks. Spoons and napkins are never included in the takeout. Come on Panera!! You can do better. It is on the manager who is failing here.
