Don’t eat here. First thing you’ll notice is the employees don’t wear hairnets. I let it slide and ordered and ended up finding a hair in my Mac and cheese. To make matters worse the manager doesn’t even wear a hair and did not apologize for anything.

I visit this location regularly and it is always a pleasant experience. The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming. It gets super busy during lunchtime but they get orders out quick while still providing amazing customer service.

Went in for an interview and the first thing I see one person that seems they don't went to be there. Next a lady was trying to order at the counter but the worker told her to order at the machine instead.

Trust me, if your dark skinned, or light skin like me dont come here. The manager (White maybe Russian guy at 7:15pm, 12/8/23) will stare you to death just for minding your business. He didnt let his eyes off me, took the tip jar away. Unfortunately for him i work in culinary too and this comment is just the first step until i know hes written up and given sensitivity training or anti racial training.

Fatima was amazing at the register. She welcomed guest, made everyone feel welcome. We need more people like them and not the machines taking orders.I said the atmosphere was bad because there was some guy dancing in the middle of the dining area. Which I understand sometimes your feeling the music, but maybe allow people to pass by. To some I could see this as being disruptive of the third place.Dietary restrictions: They offer the option to let them know of any restrictions or allergies.Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables available for individuals with disabilities.
What's the deal with not letting customers use restrooms ?!Suddenly they became employees only. Maybe the whole venue is for employees only, as well?

This place has a bad rating for a reason. . I figured let me give it a try. I struggled for a good 10 minutes using one machine, and even though there was nobody at the store other than stuff, no one came to check up on me. So I used another machine and finally, I was able to make it work. There are no identifiers on the machine itself to pay via Apple Pay yet there is a sign on the screen - go figure. There is a serious usability problem here.I was surprised that my sandwich was done within a minute or two and I went to the counter since this is my first time and the cashier literally wanted to chew my head off. I think this place actually should close due to it's very minimal Customer service and the cashier shouldn't work there if she doesn't want to deal with the public. I just got my sandwich so let's see how it is so I may be updating this review.Sandwich was decent but I dont want to go back to a place I feel I need to be guarded. Also the sandwich has hair in it and random with huge chunks for white stuff like bigger then salt and sea salt like it was hard and tasted like nothing, DISTGUSTING. Never ever will I go back it was bad.
