Recommended dishes: Extra Large New York Style Pizza

I just ordered my pizza paid $39 for ONE pizza with extra cheese and a 20oz coke. Once it got here it barely had ANY cheese even though I PAID for extra cheese. I called the store to be told oh you didn’t order extra cheese- which it states on my box that I did. Then when I told them that the manager replies- oh I saw that order it had a lot of cheese- so I’m calling and lying about the fact my pizza has hardly ANY cheese? If I pay extra for something I expect to have it or for them to send a new one out or something. And the pizza is over cooked and the cheese that is there is brown. It taste horrible.

Today I ordered 16 hot wings well done light on the sauce. I get home and my wings were doused in hot sauce, to the point they were not edible. I called and asked to speak with a manager at 7:49pm. I was told because my number was private I can't speak with a manager and that I need to call back without my number being private. I told him my number private or not has nothing to do with me speaking with a manager. So since he refused to allow me to speak with his manger I wrote s beautiful email to their CEO Ravi Thanawala.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some wings...the topping on my Hawaiian pizza, I could barely see them it's like you guys were on a budget on toppings and the wings were ridiculous so small they were literally the size of my thumb smh....yrs ago the quality of your food was great now it's like nobody gives damn! Do better!

I tried using my papa points and they denied it multiple times. The workers also were arguing with me on the phone for 30 mins. Papa John corporate also handled this issue incorrectly and did not refund me.
