When received our delivery there was a missing item and when we called the store, the employee hanged up on us with even asking for a name of the order, horrible customer service.
Ordered two pizza and one pizza got all messed up and clearly from restaurant side not from delivery , it must have been from boxing it up carelessly, and both pizzas werent even sliced at all!! So

I don't usually waste time with negative reviews, but this papa johns is absolutely complicated with terrible service. I've tried to order from here twice, and they canceled my order for no reason both times. I was trying to eat during my break at work, but these fucks make everything so complicated it's unbelievable.

TERRIBLE service. cold food. Although I tipped the driver 20% he complained angrily that he was "stiffed" by us. I didn't check how much the actual amount was - we only ordered a small dessert. In fact the delivery was more than the order itself - ridiculous!I never stiff someone. If there is a recommended "least amount" we should be told. I called the manager and he said he was sorry but I don't feel that made up for this horrible behavior. The food was also ice cold and the driver did not come to the door. My husband had to go downstairs to his car (we are in a townhouse). We have been a customer for a while but will NEVER order from Pappa John's again.
