Horrible service. They take extra long for your order if you’re using papa dough reward system on the app & they question you 100 times over on how you got the pizza for free, acting like you’re stealing from them. On a side not, pizza was below average even for papa John’s standards. I’d advise going else where, especially if you’re using papa dough reward on your purchase.

So rude, the customer service is horrible. Usually the food takes long to come. I think the owner should be more careful hiring the employees. I called them and they hung up abruptly. I called a second time, and they hung up way too quickly. Disrespectful. They hung up for no reason. Another time it took 2 hours to arrive. Another time they yelled at me and my hard hearing family

pretty much got accused of stealing an order that I delivered for either uber or doordash.did you ever stop to think the customer could have lied to get a refund or double the food ? I didn't receive any emails letting me know orders didn't make it to the customer but thanks for taking your job so seriously. also if the order is leave at door I have no control what happens after I drive away. there's always other people walking around outside that are desperate for a meal .so next time before you go questioning drivers about the orders not getting delivered take a second to think of other possible things that could have happened.

This is the most unprofessional location. The assistant manager is rude or so he claims on the phone was completely dismissive. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. Don't go to this location save your money they will scam you and charge double.

Horrible customer service here! I ordered here and my order was canceled, they told me I would receive a refund and never got it. I contacted them numerous times and the kept giving me the run around. I spoke to someone who claimed they were the assistant manager but he didn’t want to give me his name and told me to give a call back the next day.
I ordered 5 pizzas worth $51 and they would only give me 2 seasoning in total… not per pizza … in total… and If you need 2 more it’s 50 cents per seasoning extra he said…They just lost their customer..

Received a cold pizza. Called in to the manager just to let him know that pizza was cold. Manager’s response was very rude. How the pizza can be cold. Management needs to look for better persons to work here. Who know how to handle a situation.

Very unhygienic place. The staff doesn't wear any protective gear and I found a hair in my pizza. Also the pizzas tasted awful, especially BBQ chicken pizza. It was full of barbeque sauce and it was unpleasantly sweet.

Best spot in Hoboken for Asian cuisine. They have a long history in Hoboken and have always used quality ingredients cooked to perfection. I have to add, I'm reading the next review and she states " Ordered last night, delivery was pretty quick. However, I did call to confirm if they were coming the guy who picked up was a bit rude.. overall satisfied". If the order came pretty quick why would you call to confirm "If they were coming ?". Then call the guy rude !
