Beware of this location they literally will take your money and not even give you your pizza. They will steal it and keep your money and then laugh in your face. I thought the first time it happened to me it was a mistake but it literally happens every time I order from them. The only time I didn’t have an issue with them was when I ordered through Uber eats. If you are going to order through their site you need to be aware because they will close the store, or act like they delivered it or act like it was picked up. Literally the third time it happened to me from this same location. It’s crazy.

I don’t know what’s going on with this Papa John’s location, but they must be on a mission to set a world record for the fewest toppings on a pizza. I’ve had Papa John’s from other locations, and they actually put toppings on their pizzas and the pizza are so much tastier, so I know it’s not the company—it’s just this place skimping on quality.
If you’re in the Jersey City area, save yourself the disappointment and order from literally any other pizza place. There are so many better options.
