Paratha Junction in Jersey City is a happy, delicious restaurant with exceptional service. The Hydrogen bomb paratha and Panner bhurji are must-try dishes. While the chicken kheema was average, the ambience is creative but small and crowded. The hardworking staff makes the experience enjoyable, and overall, the food could be improved, especially the gobhi. 10/10 would go back again.
