It makes me feel bad to give out 1 star but left with no choice against poor unprofessional unknown service. I called to place an order over the phone and said I’ll be at the restaurant in 10mins and it’s fine if it takes time because obviously they have to prepare it. I went to the restaurant made the payment tipped the person cause I usually order online and I genuinely like the food, however it’s been an hour and all the servers were not responding to the status of my order and finally when I got my order they misplaced it and couldn’t identify which one is what and did not added the desserts to the bag saying I didn’t order that and I asked them to bring the server who took my order and they just… it was a very bad experience first time picking up at the restaurant, and no wonder why each time delivery drivers reported late whenever I ordered.

We had the goat Mandi and let me say food was amazing . So much flavor and the lamb shanks were so tender and bussin . The service was excellent . We’ll be back soon .

This is worse place you could ever go to, its so dark and dingy atmosphere. The worst thing was the waiter, he spoke some regional language and was busy attending customer who spoke his own language. We asked for recommendations where looked totally uninterested since he had to leave the table of the guests where he was having fun conversations. He just rushed our order somehow. The food is unnecessarily highly priced.. its not a fine dine like the way they are charging. He made the Biryani extra spicy since the waiter was not paying attention while taking the order. We could not eat the food and when we told him that it was too spicy to handle instead of apologizing he made fun of me with the fellow customers in his regional language, I heard the waiter laughing and telling them that we were unable to handle spicy food. It was a ridiculous experience and spoiled our evening. This person's behavior is think his name was Raju was so unprofessional. It felt very racist. So expect service and good behavior from this restaurant only if you could speak the waiters regional language. Very poor service and high prices for nothing great in return.
