The food came out cold, the service was extremely slow, it took us 2 hours to get our food and the restaurant was empty, the price was way too high for the bad quality and for the small amount of food.

Everything was good but the bad ratings is cause the laid about the parking lot, is not parking lot for clients, only street parking 🅿️

I recently tried this place for the first time and decided to order their lasagna and two slices of pizza after reading good reviews on Google. Before placing my order, I asked the person on the phone if the lasagna was made fresh daily, and she assured me it was. The total for my order came out to $32, which seemed steep especially since the lasagna alone was $22 and didn’t include bread, salad, or any sides.
I gave it a shot because of the positive reviews and because it was near my apartment. To start, the pizza was decent, but the lasagna was extremely disappointing. The cheese tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for a long time, and the tomato sauce was overly acidic and lacked flavor. Overall, the dish was completely underwhelming, especially for the price.
Since I rarely write reviews like this, I felt compelled to call and share my experience. The person I spoke with was very kind and offered to replace the lasagna with something else. However, I didn’t feel like driving back and instead suggested they address this issue to the owner. If you’re charging $22 for lasagna, it should meet certain expectations.
On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the interior of the restaurant was nice. I hope the owner reads this review and takes steps to improve this, as I’d like to support a local spot but the quality needs to match the price.

If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!!
I’m so grateful it’s open late; whenever I can’t sleep or get a late-night craving, it’s my go-to spot.
Nitin and Willy are such friendly faces—they always greet me with a warm smile.
As for the food, I can’t recommend it enough! The pasta, whether it’s the vodka sauce or the white sauce, is mouthwatering. The pizza slice is a classic: crispy, flavorful, and fresh every time.
And let’s talk dessert—I’ve tried nearly everything, but the cannoli and tiramisu are my absolute favorites.

"I can't recommend this place enough! My long-distance girlfriend visits here regularly, and it's always a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, making her feel welcome and safe every time. The atmosphere is cozy, and the food is just fantastic—delicious pizzas with the freshest ingredients. It's her go-to spot in New York, and knowing how much she enjoys it puts me at ease. Highly recommend!"

I’ve had it with this place. No one has tried to support their business more than I have. I’ve tipped them beyond generously each and everytime I’ve been in there & continue to go there when I probably should have stopped 5 visits ago.
That being said they aren’t operating a real business. Their hours are not as advertised, they employ a staff that struggles with the English language and are downright unprofessional.
Tonight was the last straw for me. I ordered a pizza for delivery. Was told 40 minutes when I placed the order. Ok no issue. Called them at the 1 hour mark and asked for the status. They said 2 minutes and the driver was on my street. Fast forward to 1 hour & 20 minutes later and no pizza. I called again to check on the status and they hung up on me. So I went there to get the pizza. Sure enough the pizza was sitting there and never left the building.
I was not happy with how this all played out and told them that. They weren’t gracious, apologetic or anything you’d expect out of a legitimate business. The Owner was there one time when they opened and I’ve never seen him again. And I’ve been there well over 10 times - probably pushing 20 at this point.
I don’t expect anything out of this review. That’s not the intent. It’s to warn all potential customers of this poorly run establishment & what you may be walking into if you decide to do business with them.

Their pizza is really good, I’ve ordered a couples of times but unfortunately their wings are the worst. I ordered a dozen and when I went to take a bite it was not cooked properly.
