I can't comment on the quality, and I don't blame the staff because they don't set the rules. This is specifically for corporate. I'm a truck driver who got stuck in a drop yard all weekend without a load. I wanted to order a "Dinner Box" but the nearest location doesn't deliver to my location. This location is 2 miles away from me. An 8 minute drive! Really Pizza Hut? I can order from this location on any of the delivery apps but the only Boxes available on those apps are the $30 option with 2-3 pizzas and I'm just 1 person.....

They act like little kids. Ask for my order tell me to hold on then picks up and hangs up on me then when I call back the lady proceeds to tell me she's the only lady there and that no one hugged on me and gives me an attitude.. act your age

I work as a delivery guy and have been to this pizzeria many times. The staff intentionally steals items from the order! Every time you pick up an order, make them open each box and show you all the items, otherwise you may end up without part of a pizza or without a whole pizza! The only things that may be in the box are potatoes and ketchup!

They dont call when they don’t have certain items they charge u anyway event tho my items were missing the service is horrific the people who there are the opposite of smart they charge a delivery fee plus ask for tip and mess of the delivery I paid an extra $11 just for people to ruin my delivery
I am a pizza lover. When people would asked, what pizza place you like the best? The answer was simple. It was Pizza Hut. Over the past 5 years, there has been a significant decline in the quality and taste of Pizza Hut. I would even say that Dominos has way better pizza than Pizza Hut. That says a lot because I was not the biggest fan of Dominoes. I don’t know if the company has had some leadership changes or they just don’t care who they hire anymore. Pizza Hut is no longer the first a place I want to order pizza from! For this current order, I ordered a dinner box. There was no sauce on the pizza and an marinara sauce container was placed in the box empty.
Just your ordinary pizza hut now that they got rid of they lunch buffet

I placed my order around 7:30-7:40pm my food didn’t arrive until 8:50-9:00 pm. Both of my pizzas were cold and so were the breadsticks. The only thing warm was the wings which didn’t even have a lot of sauce on it. The delivery hand off was the best part. Besides that everything else was TRASH. Every time I order from this location I am never satisfied unless I sit inside to eat. Which even then I am waiting a long time.
