I got the lunch deal and it’s well priced. The Caesar salad was good, the cheese on the pizza was a bit stringy but overall good. I didn’t know their pizzas were so small. A half pie is four small squares with a pretty thin crust. Service was quick and the employee was helpful. There’s no seating, but there are a few standing tables where you could potentially eat at. Unlike other places, they don’t charge extra for toppings, which makes this place stand out.

You get a great bang for your buck and the vegan options are amazing! However, the service was terrible. One of the women working there was very, very rude. She ruined our experience at & Pizza. We will never go to the Waterfront branch again which is a shame because the food and value for money was excellent.

Really love the knots from this place, they have great sweet and savory options. I would recommend it over a pizza because it’s the same amount but less toppings of course but you get great value for the price. I also like the pizzas and they have good lunch deals only downside is you can’t add toppings for even an extra dollar or two when you get the bundles in person. it’s unusual and even other places will let you pay extra to add extra plus the app allows it.

Absolutely worse pizza I’ve ever had ! I ordered it online and The ricotta cheese was spoilt and had green patches on it. The pizza dough was extremely oily as if cooked in butter . I customized it with vegan protein which was no where to be found at all . Would definitely not order from this place again .

The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is the complete lack of seating. It's a grab-and-go operation despite a few stands in the shop.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The employees are extremely unprofessional and clearly not trained to deal with customers. They have zero manners, no sense of how to communicate, and act as if they’re doing you a favor by simply talking to you. I was shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and respect. If you care about being treated properly, avoid this place. Management seriously needs to step in and retrain the staff—this is not how any business should operate.

Neither of my pizzas had cheese on them. We asked for plant based chicken on one and plant based sausage on the other. They assumed we were vegan and gave us no cheese. We are vegetarian. To boot, the pizza and plant based sausage was so burned and hard as a rock. I should have checked them before I left. Drove 1/2 hour there & 1/2 hour back. Called to let them know and the girl that answered literally wanted to argue with me, hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone thereafter. SO unprofessional, rude, and childless. I want a refund! The pizza went right in the garbage. It's disgusting. I will never order here again if that is how you treat your customers! Have your manager call me!
Please avoid this place for pizza. The server was totally unprofessional. Ordered Maverick pizza and she gave American honey. It was such a messed up situation. Also, when I said that the order was bad, she defended her saying that she is correct. Company should train employees before giving them customer facing role. Again AVOID!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!!

The food is good no doubt, but the staff / management is ridiculous - super adamant and rude. I’ve been visiting this place for the past three years, and whenever I order a ‘make your own pizza’ and am served by that one lady, I’ve never been treated politely or even neutrally. She talks like she is making it for free, everytime its a horrible experience due to that one lady. You cannot ask a question, you are not allowed to change your mind for eg. If they ask you if you need spinach or basil and you say spinach and just 2 seconds later you mention that you need basil too, you are done. She asked you earlier and you said no. Thats it. This is exactly what happened. Make your own pizza - more like make a fool of yourself vibes.
