It used to be a nice place but has been permanently closed. There is a new restaurant there.

We love eating out. Last night we visited this superb restaurant which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a delightful time there with exceptional meal and a nice crew and an impressive chief cook. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we shall definitely go again very soon. We deeply recommend.

I've been coming to PJ Ryan's Squared for over a year now. They've recently remodeled and the space looks much better with the updates. The reason my rating/review of this restaurant is so low is because of the service. Over the course of a year I have had more than one incident of poor customer service or rudeness from the bartenders here. They spend more time on Instagram or changing the music playlists, than actually being available for customers. You will wait longer for a menu, a drink, or even a 'hello' at this place, than you would at most others. The people being paid to provide friendly service, will be shockingly rude to you or other customers in your vicinity. They will mess up your order and be unapologetic. Professionalism is obviously not discussed during whatever training occurs for these mediocre bartenders. It's really a shame. I've been going for the convenience because it's located right near JSQ. Hopefully something else opens in the area soon! I'm done spending my money at a place that treats certain customers so poorly.

Great place to hang with friends. Awesome band!

UNRELIBLE. They close whenever they feel like. I call ahead they tell me a certain time and they close way before that. Not worth the hassle. Deserve 0 stars.

So the pub food was good! We got soup and shepherd's pie. I was disappointed in their beer/cider selection. They had five or six beers on tap and no cider. To be a pub a good alcohol selection is key!

Interesting clientele. Friendly attentive barkeeps. Conscience of JoSq. Real nice interior design.

I live Locally so I come in from time to time. I usually dont complain and try to be positive. But it seems to me when the owner or the General Manager is around, everything is Great. The Bar, the Food and the Staff. But as soon as they are not around, everything changes. When the Big Boss is not around, the staff takes too long to attend to you. The friendliness flys out the door. The food is not as fresh or good. Then they act like you are inconveniencing them. Like you just came to someone's house, Un- announced. Like hurry up and eat and give us your money. If the owner or Management does not fix this soon, you will be out of Business. Sometimes change is Best! Good luck

So, I needed to update my review because I've become a regular! The food is yummy and the service is attentive. It's great to go to a place that knows your drink and greets you with a smile and "Howya been?" There's a TouchTunes jukebox so you can play music without getting up. The patrons are diverse. The place is undergoing some renovations, so there's no table service. I'm so glad they are here!

Response to the review of November 1, 2019. You came in and ordered $400 worth of food and drink, tipped $5, and then threw a juvenile temper tantrum when informed that you couldn't get the rest of a bottle of whiskey for free. The bartender was not the problem. You were. Best, A witness
