I had a very bad experience I wanted to try the ramen but the soup had a horrible taste the presentation was not worth it and the noodles were a whole dough It looked raw and hard to eat. My brother threw half the plate away because he got the urge to eat out of how horrible he was.

This place used to have good poke. But I think there are new people working here now because how can you call this a poke bowl? it’s completely DRENCHED in sauce to the point where this looks like fried rice? I asked for sauce. I didn’t ask them to drown my food in it to the point where that’s all I taste, which is what they clearly did here. The previous owners of this joint have been making amazing poke for the years I’ve lived in Jersey City and suddenly with these new people, everything has changed. And there’s like only a few pieces of raw fish scattered here and there. AND it costed $17 for this nasty bowl of crap. I took two bites and couldn’t stomach it. After 4 years of being a loyal customer, I am never coming back again. Absolutely disappointing.

I wish there was the option of not giving stars to this bad business!!! 30 dollars for that dish. Flavorless meat, I had to throw it away!! They could have given me something fresher because I paid to get an acceptable meal and they refuse to give it to me, I don't recommend this place!!! The person who attends the cashier is very rude to one of the young women who work there 😖😖 how horrible!!

The servers were respectful, from my short interaction with them, but I was very disappointed by my order. As soon as I even entered the vicinity of the restaurant, I was met with a menu flying around in my face, which should have been the first red flag. I paid ~$14 for vegetarian ramen and specified that I did NOT want egg in my meal, as I do not have good reactions to egg. However, I waited a good 15-20 minutes for my order. They did not call my order number or anything that could signify that my order was ready, and I only got it after having to go up and asking for it. Moreover, they were unsure whether or not it was even my order and had to check the meal by opening it and seeing its contents. I then found eggs in my meal, despite explicitly stating that I wanted an egg-free meal. I let one of my friends have it, and they said that the egg was very hard boiled and bad. I could only eat from the bottom of the ramen, as it did not touch the egg as per my knowledge, but who knows. The ramen was very unseasoned, despite me asking for spice. I understand that spice is subjective, but they only sprinkled some red powder onto the very surface of the meal and gave it to me. The ramen was very hard, and the vegetables did not taste satisfactory. Moreover, I used the broth that they had given me, but I was unsure whether or not it was even vegetarian, considering that they already messed up my order. The servers may be nice, and other reviews for this restaurant may be positive, but a good restaurant should either only sell its good dishes that are made with attention and care, or it should just not be open at all. I regret not asking for a refund. I would not come here again and do not recommend others to try this ramen or buy from this facility. Please do better and make sure that all of your customers are being pleased.
