Good service! The lady at the register caught me looking and we make eye contact. She waved me over with a menu and hustled on. I looked the menu over and decided to give it a shot. Ambiance is a mall food stand that was constantly busy and had tons of options. It was fun to watch her draw in folks to the stand. I ordered: -Grilled Chicken Ramen $14.95 -Pork Dumpling $6.99 -Mineral Water $2.79 Bill Total w/tax $26.39 As for the food, I didn't care for the Chicken Ramen, I think it was the seaweed, but I absolutely loved the Pork Dumplings.

I added extras (for $2 each) to my mala stew and they forgot to add BOTH extras. The stew was also mediocre and my husband’s ramen was bland. The ordering process was not smooth either. The woman at the register kept interrupting me to speak to her colleague when I was trying to place my order. On top of all that, we had been sitting off to the side waiting for our order to go and they never indicated our food was ready. I finally got up after about 7 minutes and the woman pointed to our dishes which had just been sitting there.

The service is always bad, but the food is usually good. I ordered a brown sugar boba and it was not my first time. I noticed the taste was off after trying it a couple times and smelled it to find out the milk is spoiled. I went back to ask for a refund as I paid over $8 for it and I was told that I could replace it with another drink. I did not want another drink and they told me the manager was not in to give me a refund. Based on the weird facial expressions from the woman who told me this, I believe it was a lie in order to get me to give up on getting a refund. I am going to dispute it with my bank. I've learned by now not to waste my time on money hungry evil people.

I've been coming here for a while and just realized they added tons of new food items! My review is to rave about their newest noodle option, mei fun noodles! I've tried their udon before, but I'll definitely make the mei fun noodles my new favorite!!Got it with their tomato soup base and fish fillet, and it's addictive.Definitely give it a try if you're into Asian foods!

Ordered double salmon poke for $18. The avocado was brown, and the cut on them was rough. Presentation and salmon portions were lacking for the price. Wait was long and service was brusque. Go elsewhere for poke, there are cheaper options with better quality in downtown (tidal poke, POKAY).

The ramen here was very good. It's a very great option for a food court. The staff was super friendly and food was prepared quickly. It's located in a very sunny spot in the food court. Very clean.

This is a review for bubble tea. I got the brown sugar boba, small. Just under $7 which I thought was a little expensive, but then I tasted it and I was like “wow” this is very good. The boba is super fresh and perfect consistency. Also perfect amount added, not too little and not too much. Also the drink wasn’t overly sweet despite having sugar granules in it, which tasted amazing and added crunch and presentation. I will definitely come back.
Ordered veg Ramen. It was little confusing what to choose as the menu was full of non veg options. The staff helped me understanding what is veg in it. They have hired people who can't speak or totally understand English. They show the menu and talk in sign language and yes or no strange. One guy who was hired newly understood my preference and helped me in choosing. Taste wise good. Quantity wise good. ?
