If I could give this place a 0 and shut it down I would. I ordered from this establishment last night. What I didn’t order was the roach that came included in the meal. My lunch break was ruined. I’m contacting everyone I can. I have video and photos to back it. I’m not letting this go!

Use Popeyes delivery service The delivery man did not deliver. My food reported it as delivered now it been three days and I’m still trying to get my money back from Popeyes. Send them a text message between me delivery driver and they still have a refund me my money.

I understand the purpose of fast food is for convenience and I very rarely complain of service/food when it comes to fast food however this Popeyes has consistently messed up my orders. I gave them 2 stars solely because I still enjoy the food, however, with my last order of 4 items, they managed to give me the wrong drink, zero sauces (one that I paid extra for), and the extra biscuit requested and paid for. Of the 4 items, 3 items were incorrect or not there. If you are choosing to eat at this location, I recommend only for dine in or for drive through with a thorough check of the items before leaving.
