The manger Neph and his employee ( the Asian guy with the long hair with the hairnet on was terrible, neither the manger or the employee on duty didn't take my order until after 15 minutes of standing in line then it took an additional 20 minutes to get my order ready and it still wasn't ready. It's funny how both manger and employee helped all the male customers and lefted all the female customers waiting more than 15 to 20 minutes for their order including me.In the end I asked for a refund but I won't be coming back to this locationI'll be calling corporate about this issue

I cant even make this up! I ordered 12 wings and mashed potato’s and received 8 wings and coleslaw! Also got 0/2 ranch dipping sauces! HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN!!

Get your food in person! They keep missing my items every time i request delivery. I walked 30 mins there and the manager replaced my missing items, but still this was a very frustrating experience for me.

This location was blasting loud Spanish music. The music was way too loud and honestly the wrong vibe for a New Orleans themed restaurant... You had to tell at the person across the table. Very disappointing.
