This Jersey City Old colony Popeye's Chicken is ripping customers off. There was a time you went there and if the menu said 6 wings you got 6 whole chicken wings, well today I went there and what was supposed to be 6 wings were 6 half wings three drums and 3 flats, and they were cold and I bought 2 biscuits cold and hard over $10 dollars. I can deal with prices rising of course not by choice, but give the consumers what they deserve and expect!!!

I placed an online order today. COMPLETE DISSAPOINTMENT. Missing my whole order of fries, dry hard biscuits, no sauces as asked for. Best of all when you try to call the restaurant it will ring through once, then they will take the phone off the hook so you get the busy tone. Smh definitely a let down tonight for basically $25 worth of food. I never make reviews lol smh I’m hurt ðŸ˜

I don’t understand , the receipt specifically specifies HONEY MUSTARD, my order came and there was no sauce inside .. this is unbelievable, happened the first time I let it slide , and this is the second time .

Ordered a large mac and cheese and the container was only halfway full. The chicken wraps were cold and they also forgot the biscuit I ordered. When I went back to get it, they all looked at me as if I was lying. How do you mess up a mobile order? Terrible location.
