The stire has a sign for 20 PC meal for 24.99 but tried to charge 29.99. Cashier claims it was error. Asked to speak to the Mgr. No Mgr on duty so she had to call hee. The Mgr says they are waiting for the new sign that's why it's still hanging but the price is the one inside. Had to explain that the price discrepancy was a violation of the consumer protection laws of the state of NJ. And that a complaint will be filed. Also suggested they take the sign down since they were waiting for the new one. Once she was informed of this she finally did the override.

I don’t go to Popeyes on a regular basis. Once in a while, whenever I stop by to Popeyes, I am more inclined to purchase their chilled lemonade, fried shrimps, some sides that don’t include meat, or a biscuit. I will admit, their food tastes great, I love their seasoning. I normally tend to avoid as much as a I can to purchase food from Popeyes in general for health purposes

Vegetarian options: Popeyes have vegetarian options, look into their sides menu. Their side menu is mostly vegetarian.

Very terrible customer service I called the store to ask about an update on my DoorDash order and they were very disrespectful and hung up in my face before I could even finish my sentence. My problem is the person that is packing the food don’t pay attention to the order slip. I ordered the 3 piece special today around 12:30 PM and asked for 3 legs. When I arrived home I opened my box I had 1 leg, 1 breast and 1 thigh. I wasted money because I had to throw the thigh away because I hate them. I didn’t feel like going back to the store to get it corrected

It’s sad going forward I will have to check my food when given to me because of employees lack of paying attention to orders.

This is the best popeyes I’ve been to. I bring my daughter here after school and enjoy a fast service and freshly made food. The employees are also great. They remember their good customers. Very accomodating. Will always come back.
