The food was amazing, I would love to call out Aries and Angela who were the cooks behind the amazing cuisines I got to try. As well as Joseph and Kathy who were amazing servers, they were so attentive and gave some of the best customer service. They are an excellent team, with some of the best personalities. Not only were they friendly and fun to converse with but they positive, and welcoming. It made the aura the best to have a meal in.

I’m coming from queens where there are tons of Peruvian restaurants because those restaurants can’t compare to Ragazzo. We had the tallarin verde con pechuga, causa y pollo a la brasa and everything tasted amazing! Great service and definitely planning on coming back.

1 star is for takeout service. First time I ordered takeout via Slice app, app said order was ready and when I get there they say 5 minutes, took almost 20 minutes to get my food. I figure they're working out the kinks and decide to give them another shot.Same exact thing second time. I get there for pickup AND gave them 1 hr heads up with the scheduled pickup. As soon as I get there, 5 minutes. 5 more minutes. 5 more minutes. Took 20 minutes for a scheduled pickup order.It's a shame because the food is good, but the pickup service sucks and I have 0 interest in giving them a 3rd chance.I wouldn't be as annoyed if it weren't for the fact both times the app said my order was ready for pickup and it wasn't. I hate getting my time wasted.
