I have been going there for the past 25 years, lately the portions are getting much smaller and there less meat/chicken, today I went with my son and daughter and I ordered chicken tikka masala but what I got was pepper and onion tikka masala. They replaced the serving dishes with very small and very shallow ones to serve less food. It’s really very cheap. To get paper napkins is a very big thing there. This place is really deteriorating

Extremely bad experience in this place. The service quality is so poor that you can’t explain in words. My order took 40 mins to come wherein they were making so many delivery orders ready. It is pure disappointment to see that a business does not have priorities set right. This is the only place in last 1 year where I felt like not paying any amount of tip since they didn’t deserve not even 10%. You already spoiled the mood of customers by delaying the order so there is no point of doing anything. We were almost about to step out without having food. It was my wife’s birthday and you spoiled the entire experience for the day! The food was equally bad especially the spring roll and aloo tiki which disappointed us fully. We didn’t even feel like spending time to eat food and just wanted to walk out. Pure crap! Would not visit ever and would not ever recommend to anyone! Such a waste of time and effort.

I ordered veg Manchurian , butter roti , malai kofta . I did not liked at all . Manchurian was super bad . Lots of soya sauce they have added without any taste . Even kofta was so tight and no taste . I usually order from desi dhaba and it’s much better as compared to rasoi . Rasoi charged me 67$ and desi dhaba cost me 35$ . Really disappointed

I currently work with toast and major card companies. These guys have rats crawling around. The manager was nice and wanted to comply but the waiter tried to fight me. The day and time is 03/05 around 10pm est, you check camera for the date and time of 2 men are sitting by the bench seats the windows. One is wearing dress pants and pink shirt while other is a higher gentleman. The rat pass by after the skinny one sitting closer to the door got up. He told the waiter that he saw a rat and saw AGAIN, while pointing it by the door at the rat. The waiter said he is 21 and wanted to fight. This is not right and this type of business should open. . The waiter also threatened to fight the customer outside the premises which is very wrong. Money is not the concern, health is the concern.

If I can say zero I would and I am an every weekend customer. I literally just paid for my bill and I saw a rat. I told the workers there and the waiter tried fighting me. I had to be extorted out because he said I was lying. I pointed out that rat since he went from the coroner left of the restaurant if you are lookin outside but he said I am 21 and I can go problem fighting you and processed to some outside.

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and loved it until I brought a party of 6 last night for my boyfriends birthday, we went with his colleagues and I paid the check, I was told the payment didn’t go through and the server had to take my card to see if it went through, he then told us we were all squared away so we left the restaurant. We get down the street and 2 people come yelling at us down the street screaming that we didn’t pay our check, when they had in fact already charged me twice two different amounts. As you could imagine, this was incredibly embarrassing being that it’s my boyfriends birthday and we’re with 4 other people. The payment had already gone through twice and now we’re being screamed at down the street and not once did they ever apologize- instead they told me they’d just take my card and not to come which absolutely wasn’t happening. I then walked back to the restaurant with the guy that came running after us and AGAIN charged a different amount. We loved Rasoi before this and recommended it to so many people but this was insanely embarrassing and absolutely not how I thought my boyfriend’s birthday dinner would go. It’s safe to say I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone again and will not be returning. So disappointing for a place we once loved.
