Shakes are amazing. Customer service was worth 1 star today. Usually pretty good.. Janice (she said her name was Janice- no name tag)with the pink hair should not be working with people. Just my 2 cents.

Ive been there once and loved it. The person who served me was really kind. It was also not too expensiv. I love how they use actual friut and see the prosseces of how they make the drinks. I will definitely be back and 100% would recommend

The smoothies here are disappointing. They’re too sour, lack enough sugar, and there’s no option to customize the sweetness. On top of that, the fruit isn’t blended properly, leaving chunks, and the staff seems unprepared to provide good customer service.

Would’ve given it five stars because the smoothie that I ordered was a 10/10. The man working there with dreadlocks was extremely disrespectful to my boyfriend and I. Once you order from the kiosk, It says take receipt. My boyfriend reached to grab the receipt, and the man immediately began to yell at him and say, “why would you do that?!” He was so loud and unprofessional. I’ve never seen someone behave that way in a professional, beautiful exquisite mall like this. It’s sad that this was our first time attending the American dream mall and that this was our ghetto experience.
I literally had to watch our drinks the entire time because he came out with an old dirty banana from the back and tried to blend it, even though there were 50 fresh bananas on top of the shelf. My boyfriend said I do not want That old banana and he said it’s not old even though it looked spoiled. Plus, why did he go in the back after having a confrontation with us?
I ordered the piña colada smoothie medium with lychee jelly and whey protein. Me and my man loved it so much. My man ordered a strawberry banana, whey, protein, medium smoothie as well. He hooked us up!

Bubble tea did not taste good and the grass jelly was too soft because they originally made it hot. They did not re-make the drink, instead just added ice to the drink so that's probably why the grass jelly was so soft. The tea barely had any flavor and just not worth the money. If you're in the area, please just go to Teazzi or Rui tea.

The 2 young women that worked on 05/17/2024 are the kindest young women I’ve ever encountered. They were super nice and super helpful. One was named Khalita I think I’m not sure how to spell it and the other name was Mina. But they are super good. 10/10
