The product's pricing has increased, with a noticeable reduction in quality and an unacceptably short shelf life. Furthermore, there have been instances of expired products being sold at full price. Specifically, a recent purchase of packaged cakes on August 25th included items that were already showing signs of spoilage and a sticker saying best before 8/25. Why are they full price of being sold?

Definitely a nice place to check out! Ube wasn’t my favorite but I gave it a try. My brother loved the Ube cakes.
Really delicious Filipino pastry shop! I like the butter mamon it’s so unique and butterish, there iced ube milk is also pretty tasty

A month ago I placed an order for my son’s birthday cake. The women working there couldn’t have been sweeter and it was so easy. Then today when my husband went to pickup the cake, the man working there denied the order existed, ignored my husband and walked away, and only after my husband asked him 5 times to check the system for the order did he admit it existed. Whoever there was no writing on the cake that had been confirmed a month ago, and they did a terrible rush job with terrible lettering. I’m just so bummed because what I thought was going to be a great part of my son’s special day turned into a stress induced piece of crap.
Irene and the whole crew was so helpful and kind to us! They made sure we enjoyed our visit! It was our first time to red ribbon and we got the Palabok cause it’s our favorite! We also tried the mango cake and got the caramel and tiramisu cake as well. Everything was delicious! We will be back!!!!!

Drove all the way from upstate NY to get pastries from Red Ribbon in Jersey City. Great and quick service by Irene — she took my orders for take out and cleaned up the table where I sat. Thank you! 🥰

We went to Red Ribbon in Jersey City, and ordered my all time favorite palabok with empanada and slice of mango supreme cake. I miss this food so much. The store was clean, and the store crew was so accommodating with my questions. Food was serve hot and on time. Keep up the the good work guys.. Cheers!

Also Ate Raquel was so helpful and very accommodating. I was so glad they’re giving free slice of cake when you spend $20 and more. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
