A month ago I placed an order for my son’s birthday cake. The women working there couldn’t have been sweeter and it was so easy. Then today when my husband went to pickup the cake, the man working there denied the order existed, ignored my husband and walked away, and only after my husband asked him 5 times to check the system for the order did he admit it existed. Whoever there was no writing on the cake that had been confirmed a month ago, and they did a terrible rush job with terrible lettering. I’m just so bummed because what I thought was going to be a great part of my son’s special day turned into a stress induced piece of crap.

Irene and the whole crew was so helpful and kind to us! They made sure we enjoyed our visit! It was our first time to red ribbon and we got the Palabok cause it’s our favorite! We also tried the mango cake and got the caramel and tiramisu cake as well. Everything was delicious! We will be back!!!!!

We went to Red Ribbon in Jersey City, and ordered my all time favorite palabok with empanada and slice of mango supreme cake. I miss this food so much. The store was clean, and the store crew was so accommodating with my questions. Food was serve hot and on time. Keep up the the good work guys.. Cheers!

I went to RR in Jersey city last Sunday 2/2/25 with my sister and cousin. I bought 2 bags of mamon $12 each, 3 bags of cheesy ensaymada $16.50 each, 1 bag of ube mamon $18.54, 1 bag of sweet pastry variety pack $16.50, 2 brownie and 2 caramel bar. After I paid for it, I was questioning (at the back of my mind) why it cost $147. I didn’t get to check my receipt at that time coz I realized that the cashier didn’t add the palabok so I had to order and pay it separately then got distracted.I didn’t check my receipt also when we got to my sister’s house because we were leaving to have dinner. Today,2/3/25,after arriving home in NC,I found the receipt (which I had been looking to check why I paid so much) I found out that I was charged an extra bag of butter mamon $12 and an extra bag of ube mamon $18.54. That’s a total of $30.54. That’s why I have been bothered by it all this time,I just couldn’t find the receipt at that time. Only now that I arrived home in NC that I found the receipt. I am so mad. I want a refund!

I purchased our favorite Mango cake (& ensaimada + halo halo) yesterday Jan 13, 2025 at 12:25 PM and didn’t see until today (Jan 14th) that the sales associate gave me a cake that is best before Jan 15th only (see photo), which means it’s almost expired or only safe to consume for 1 day!!! I only checked BB date of ensaimada since i was picking it myself from the shelves but somehow forgot to check the BB date of the cake which the sales lady picked from the fridge. Clever way to get rid of oldest cakes first! I would have returned it if we live closer. Next time check the best before date when purchasing

Was there today.told the register dine in.we got our order and it says to go on the receipt.we asked for forks and napkins for 4 people and they forgot the two water that we ordered also.worker was rude and unhappy saying I need the receipt.will not come back again.so sad.
Guys never order from this bakery! I freaking order the whole cake they sent me a small pastry! They ruined my dad birthday! Very disappointed! Never ever order from this bakery! A big scam bakery!

They really need someone who knows how to autograph cakes!! The one I purchased on 10/24/2024 was a half sheet cake and the penmanship on my cake was horrible!!!!
