I have been ordering from pizza master for years. I’ve done personal orders and big catering orders for my job and church. However when I call in the morning there’s this particular woman who answers and once she answers I already know the customer service I will receive. Usually solid pizza and I’ve ordered from here dozens of times, but today I ordered a florentine pizza and they 100% gave me a pizza that had been sitting around for a few hours.
Inconsistent, a little devious with the pricing and taxes, and now I know I gotta check my pizza was made fresh for me.

I’ve loved this pizza spot for a while, but last two times we’ve picked up it’s completely inconsistent. Completely under cooked and super greasy, then over cooked and super uneven.
