Delicious single origin pour overs. I preorder in the morning via the app and pick up in JC, always on time. staff is friendly and helpful. This is my stop in Newport for an exciting cup of coffee to start my day.

I’ve been a regular at Roast'd coffee for over a month, always ordering the same pour-over coffee with hot milk. On my recent visit (Nov 25, 2024, at 9 AM), the barista informed me of an extra charge for hot milk—a first. When I expressed my concern, he dismissively asked, "Is that okay?" and, after I said, "No, it is not" he poured cold milk anyway, said, "Thank you," and walked away.

This was disappointing and fell short of the friendly, customer-focused service expected from a neighborhood coffee shop.

Really good PSL & well made! Lightly sweetened with real pumpkin puree / no artificial sweeteners. Nice place to work/study from too - light background music which isn’t too loud. Will be back!

A gem in Jersey city, especially compared to some others in the neighborhood. Not only a cute place but also a very good coffee + some marvelous snacks.

Cute corner café with a welcoming atmosphere and a nice view. Excellent customer service, good selection of coffee, tea, and pastries. They provide a stable wifi connection, which makes it a convenient spot to work or study. Several tables, many plugs, and cozy armchairs, as well as relaxing background music.

I have been here a few times and pretty good coffee always. I wish the flavors were a bit stronger on their flavored options like Pumkin spice and rose, but it’s a preference thing.

Roast'd Coffee, which opened a couple of months ago by the JC waterfront next to Starbucks, is a fantastic addition to the local coffee scene. I’m not a coffee snob, but I have to say, I find their coffee really good. I usually go for a regular oat latte, and it’s always delicious. They also have specials, like the cardamom rose latte, which isn’t for everyone, but I loved. For something non-caffeinated, the turmeric latte is tasty although a tad sweet.

Plenty of comfy seating and really nice staff. Great place to read or get some work done as it’s open until 6 or 7 PM every day.

Food menu is more limited than other cafes in the area as this is more of a coffee spot. For hot food, they have a ham and cheese croissant that they toast up, and you can't really go wrong with that. I think they’ve expanded their menu to include samosas and avocado toast. Great variety of pastries too.

One of the friendliest coffee shops in town! As if that isn’t enough, they have a variety of delicious specialty drinks that you won’t find anywhere else. Coconut cold brew (steeped in real coconut) - when was the last time you encountered that? And to top it off, the food is good too. Keep up the great work!
