Not enough staff for promotion day so the wait line is extremely long even though pick up order was placed in advance.
And the female staff at the cashier (packing stuff and calling name) today is impatient to check order status for customers with bad attitude and yell “you don’t see I’m busy here? I don’t have time to check for you!” Even though right then it was already 15 mins past the pick up time. It’s customer’s basic right to ask for an order when it’s their fault that it’s late
