Cons - - Can't take an order correctly by phone or verbally. They never write down anything and say it's your fault if you get something you didn't order. - Bad customer service. Can't correct orders when given specific instructions - Cheap on portions. (examples: ask for ribs and you get small amount of meat or just bones. A boatload of rice instead of meat. Drink cups are always sticky as the wait staff always spills it all over).
Always order online or eat there for a better experience.
If grabbing takeout check your bag (they will not provide or forget utensils, napkins, lemons, sauces)...and the wait staff gets mad when you check the bag in front of them (even though you spent your hard earned money there)

On accident, while walking back to my car, someone bumped me and I dropped my lemonade. I go back to ask for another one and explained my situation, the employee just stands there like I had three heads. Really great customer service if you want to feel nonexistent. No resolution so I decided to buy another one. Horrible service. -1 star and that’s being generous.

This place has a racial discrimination you are on the line for a long time and when other customer is just going in front of the cashier they will get the order first of the customer of the one who just came in. This worker are just unorganise you will be waiting for a long time. And they will also give you a wrong order. Many times i order ice coffee they will give you hot coffee. I also don't undersrand why they don't speak english when they are here in america. They are giving wrong order because they cannot speak english. Just frustating.
