Beautifully Named– Just Like Its Staff.. I had the pleasure of dining at RUMI, a restaurant named after the great poet and philosopher known for his wisdom, gentleness, and grace—and I have to say, the name couldn’t be more fitting.
From the moment we walked in, the warmth and kindness of the staff stood out. The waiters were not only attentive and professional but genuinely kind and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that made us feel truly cared for.
Just like Rumi himself, this place exudes a quiet elegance and soulful hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so memorable. Highly recommended!

Came for a weekday lunch and shared a combo platter with someone. We both thought the meat was cooked well and had good flavor. We'll definitely be back to try more from the menu

The Best! Seriously, if you are craving for some real Turkish food this is your spot. The quality of the food did not change for years. The hummus is 10 out of 10! Now they do their own bread, lahmacun and pide❤️ it just cherry on top moment for me!!!

I'm in New York every few months, on my last visit I discovered this great shop. Everything is original Istanbul style. The food is great. The staff are very nice. I was so satisfied that I ate there several times. I wish the team Rumi continues to make such good Turkish food.

Ordered chicken adana, manti and sigara borek. Meat was extremely dry and looked very unappealing. Sigara borek was smaller than the size of my finger - complete rip off, considering the price. Manti was the only good dish. Customer service was slow but it was a little busy at the time so I’ll give them benefit of the doubt. All in all, I will not be going back any time soon.
