I tried, multiple times, to order from restaurant. Every time, the order is canceled. If you cannot sustain demand, turn your location off from accepting orders. Nothing is worth the hassle of ordering and canceling especially when this is the third time. Like they say, three strikes - you’re out! Don’t get wasted your time here, the pizza space is competitive enough to find decent service and consistency elsewhere.

When I call to ask them about my order their response is …”we just got the order “ meanwhile the order was confirmed over an hour ago! The disrespect is enough for me to not ever go back. They’ve done the same to friends and family and it’s not okay. For today I missed my lunch but they don’t ever week to care about our time so here I am spending mine in writing this awful review. Thanks but no thanks !

We waited 30 minutes, called and they said it would be another hour or hour 15 max. We waited 2 hours, called again only to be told it would be another hour and that they hadn’t started making our order. The did offer a 20% discount through some convoluted process, but honestly it didn’t come close to making things better. Can’t speak to the pizza, and we certainly won’t be ordering or going back here, but can speak to the delivery - avoid like the plague.

We used to visit this restaurant very often as we like their food and services. Recently their quality of services had been dropping drastically.
We ordered a take away, not only it was late, as they seem to have so many take out they don't bother if you order is less than $100. Then they have the guts to tell you they missed your order, and we waited another 30min to get ours.
Best part is, they cooked the wrong food. We then called to inform them about the wrong food and about to send pictures. They promised a full refund (not that I want or requested it) but then they only refunded a tiny portion of it claiming they don't trust us as it could be we are lying about the food without any evidence. Over the phone I was the one saying I am happy to show pictures and send to them they said they don't have the facility to get it.
I am not confident people with this kinda attitude to run their business.
Really shame on you not able to deliver what you said and turned it into your way.

Generally great pizza, however seems like things are going downhill recently. Definitely not waiting over 2 hours to get a pizza from, and good luck canceling and getting your money back when you have to go somewhere else to eat at a reasonable hour

This place’s math ain’t mathing. The pizza was ok. We got a half and half of 2 different specialty pizzas which they said they did and suggested it. Now I know why. One was $21+and the other was $26+ plus meat on the whole thing ( half sausage/ half pepperoni) they charged me 33.75 saying that they take the most expensive one and charge for full toppings for each half. Still not mathing. They wanted to charge me extra for the sauce that was already part of one of the specialty pizzas. Huh?? Um, no. They knocked it down to 31.75. Woohoo. Seems they should have averaged to prices and charged for one full topping. Not to mention there were barely any toppings on there. It’s not a lot of money, I know, but the nickel and dime thing is just sleazy.

I will never eat at this restaurant again. I went into the restaurant to order two slices of pepperoni pizza. After paying, I was told I cannot sit inside of the restaurant unless I order a whole pizza. When I received my order the two slices were stacked on top of each other with the top paper plate, touching the bottom slice of pizza. When I asked for a bigger box, they refuse to give me one. And to top it off, the slices of pizza were lukewarm.. The man behind the counter cooking the pizza was rude in the customer service was horrible. I would not recommend anyone purchasing food from this establishment.

Pizza was great.. but please be prepared to wait TWO HOURS if you order on a Friday. Person on the phone was kind about it. But this was my second time in a row ordering and having to wait 2 full hours. Perhaps I will dine in someday because the pizza is actually good especially the Mike.

I wait for more than 1h for a JT pizza and after 1h (again, more than 1hr dinner in) it comes mushroom pizza! So save your time and your energy and never go for a dinner at this place!

Had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Rustique and they were everything we wanted and more. Food was phenomenal and staff was amazing. Moreen helped us schedule and coordinate and made sure all of our needs would met. The staff took great care of us the entire night.
Do not hesitate to come for dinner or book your events here, you will not regret it!!
Dietary restrictions: Had a few folks with dietary restrictions, they made sure to have extra options to make sure they were included and well fed!
Kid-friendliness: Kids loved all of the options. They were flexible to make sure all were happy!
