THE. BEST. PIZZA. Delicious. Wonderful. Our favorite in Jersey, if not all NYC.Some argue sauce determines a good pizza. Others claim it's the crust. Rustique has discovered the perfect sauce AND crust, married them, with toppings of your choice to produce a knock your socks off yummy tasty pizza that will become your new gold standard and what you will compare every other pizza to.It's amazing enough we sometimes travel from Vermont down to the city when we get the crave. And we take a pie home (photo of pizza with a green background is Rustique pizza in Vermont)Salads are fresh and delicious.Cheesecake is stunning. Heavenly and addicting. I don't even like cheesecake, my companion insisted I try a bite, since that one bite I'm hooked. Not cheesecake from anywhere mind you, only cheesecake from Rustique.

This place nowadays is about to take out mostly. Best pizza in Jersey city. I said it because I tried many places here. Hand made , Brook stove baked , you can come to the kitchen and see how they make your pizza. But place ( dinner in) is simple mostly empty and doesn't has any to say. Fast service because you are only the one customer.

My husband is absolutely obsessed with Rustique's margherita pie. They are very consistent with quality and taste. The dough is light and cripsy, theres tons of fresh mozzarella, garlic, and the sauce tastes like a red wine red sauce and its delicious. I can't recommend their margharita pie enough. We have also had their mac and cheese and their vodka pie and both are delicious!

Today was pi day. Ordered the Large Marg Pie for takeout. Solid pizza. Fresh cheese and dough. The sauce was sweet and balanced. I prefer more basil but all in all two thumbs up. The girl at the register was pleasant.

Margarita pizza was okay, we were left hungry and had to order another pizza( meat lovers) that was way better. Service was slow and the waitress didn't seem to know what she was doing. Dining is limited.

I ordered pizza through grub hub and driver messed up my pizza deliberately because he wasn’t able to find my address!! When I called the store and told my rough and rude encounter with the driver , and told him how I’m supposed to eat my dinner when it’s all messed up , he refused to send me another pizza instead will refund me 30percent of it.Do you think this is fair ?

I appreciate a classic pizza joint and apparently it's family run and old school which is the vibe you get when entering. I am a Neapolitan style guy and they do not promote it being a Neapolitan style spot however the three things that I seek to gauge quality is the dough, the cheese, and the sauce. This place has a nice sauce, borderline sweet and you can tell it's made with love. The cheese was pleasant but it was smothered in sauce, an odd rendition of Margherita but it was pretty good. The thing that killed it for me was the dough. The crust is that unpleasant middle ground between thin crust and not quite NY slice thickness so it's not even worth eating. Thin crust can just be blended into a slice while a thick crust or Neapolitan can be enjoyed separately because its got body and you can savor the flavor. It's really disappointing because the photos on line do look enticing and SOMETIMES even if crust has this girth, it still is backed with some fluff or unique flavor but this just fell short. I'm giving it 3/5 merely because of the quality homemade sauce and faint flavor of quality cheese.

BYOB and the coziest family owned restaurant. Love love love this place!

I'll start off by the location. This hidden gem is located near Hamilton Park maybe two streets away. This is tucked away This is perfect for enjoying pizza while having a nice time. The pizza is really cheap for the size and tastes like Italian fancy cuisine. The place has two entrances one for the front restaurant and one for getting piazza quick. The vibe is an urban design and it is cozy. The waiters and staff are polite and i definitely recommend.

The sauce on a standard pizza is a little sweet, but the food is great and there is almost always a table available.

If you dine in, just know that they have two menus (a takeout and dine in). The dine in menu is more expensive than the takeout menu but they give you the takeout menu when you sit down. It’s a few dollars difference which isn’t a big deal, just think it is sneaky of them.
