Menu design has a dope ode to their Vietnamese history - important because identity plays into how authentic the food will turn out.Ordered the BBH. Clean & absolutely flavorful broth. Service was really prompt. Soup came out in less than 10m, just like how they used to speed serve at the the old Miss Saigon in dtjc. That's top tier quality & service for me. 10s across the board. I've found my new soup spot since New Thanh Hoai had to shut down

I went here with my roommate, who has been here before and recommended it. I was not disappointed! The food is so good, and the portions are very generous. Having a big bowl of pho on a cold spring day really hit the spot. I also like the atmosphere; it's casual, clean, and bright. I used to go to downtown Jersey City for Vietnamese food, but now that I have a place within walking distance, I will keep coming back.

Wow, cute tiny place with best broth I've had in a while! The tendon is not overcooked, the summer rolls wre harmonious and the tea is excellent! Definitely a go-to. Note: it is a small place, so lunchtime may be packed. Still worth it.Parking: Search for parking in advance: there's few spaces in the immediate area. However, the neighborhood is good so a short walk is acceptable.

I have been here a couple times with various groups of friends and have dined alone. Service is outstanding and I love the tea that’s offered with each meal. Everything is fresh and reasonably priced. It is a great local spot and will continue to go back again and again.

My fiancé and I have been coming here every week since we discovered this little gem. We always walk out the door saying to ourselves, “can’t wait to come back next week and try new things!” We cannot say enough about how good the food is here. First of all, the beef combo Pho is some of the best pho I’ve ever tasted. The quality of the meat and the broth is top notch. I love how all the meat, even tripe is so tender and fresh and the broth so deep and flavorful. I love the little peppery kick at the end. And their Pork Bahn Mi is 10/10???. Honestly all the dishes I’ve tried here, even desserts and drinks have been so tasty. Also, the staffs are so kind and loving (shout out to Thursday afternoon staffs! You guys are the best). We always leave with our tummies full and hearts so happy. Highly recommended!

Spring roll: 10/10Grilled pork 0. The grilled pork used very little/ missing lemongrass flavors. Noodle portion is tiny.Bahn Mi: 6/10 the roll should have used French baguette. The roll itself is overly bready and lack of texture.Nice service. Do not recommend if you know what’s authentic.
