I'm a regular because of the staff are friendly and helpful.
Kid-friendliness: I often see children during the day.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have an accessible ramp leading to the entrance.

Headed home around 11:30 pm saw this spot and stopped for chicken. The two guys at the counter were so kind. There were only 4 pieces left, and one guy offered to make me fresh pieces if I could wait 20 minutes. I told him to bag the 4 thighs which cost me about $6 if I'm not mistaken. Got in the car, took a bite and almost burnt my mouth. It was hot, juicy, crispy and delicious.
My second visit which was around 1pm on a weekday was a little different. The two guys behind the counter were just as nice the chicken was just as crispy and flovorful but It was a little dry and it wasn't hot.
Good customer service , clean atmosphere, overall good chicken, and even better prices.

Got here at 1:29 a.m. on a Saturday night out with the boys. We read the business hours via google, stating open until 2 am. Once we arrived, the 2 young guys in the window informed us we couldn't be served food any longer as the grill was just cleaned. We inquired why the grill was closed half an hour prior to closing. The 2 guys just laughed and spoke in their language, ignoring us. I'm not sure what the purpose of opening until 2 am is if the last grill service is way before 1:30 am. Might as well consider readdressing the business hours so as not to mislead individuals who come in for a late night bite.

Trying this place for the first time and when I arrived the door was closed and they offered window service only. I asked for a menu and a guy sitting down eating just pointed at the menu hung above the counter which is impossible to read from outside the store. I just walked away. Terrible service.

Today I visited Sammy’s halal unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed and disheartened. The treatment I received was nothing short of discriminatory, unprofessional, and inconsiderate.Upon arriving at the restaurant on a bitterly cold night at 9:30, my friend and I were shocked to find ourselves denied entry inside. To add insult to injury, we observed the staff allowing someone else indoors to wait comfortably although dining is open till 8pm, leaving us to shiver in the freezing cold. The disparity in treatment was stark and unexplained, leaving us feeling devalued as customers.

I love this place, I used to come here almost every day for the Chicken over rice platter when I went to St.Peters. I might be a little biased due to the nostalgia but I think this place has the best bang for your buck halal food anywhere, highly recommend their platters and slices of cake. The platters start at $9.99 but if u add extra white sauce or hot sauce it's an extra dollar which I think is worth.
