I recently stopped by for breakfast, and it was really good! I ordered the fontina egg sandwich, an apple cruller, and a latte—all of which were delicious. The egg sandwich was flavorful, the cruller had the perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The atmosphere was cozy , and the manager (guessing) was incredibly nice, even treating us to a little surprise before closing time.

Golly do we love Scram. Most days there is a line, but lucky day today….beat the Saturday breakfast rush.
Scram is less than a year old and a staple in the JC breakfast scene. I am a HUGE fan of their chorizo Scram sandwich. Big chunks of chorizo, delicious Pepper Jack biscuit and eggs so divine…. They also have an epic Bacon Scram that puts all other bacon sandwiches to rest.

The nicest staff, perfectly cooked egg sandwiches (recommend The Fontina - option to add bacon but also excellent as is), and last but not least… the vanilla malt cookie which inspired this review. It’s so dangerously good, I came back and bought two.
Nice local bakery. Stopped by super early to avoid the 10am crowd. Cornbread cruller and breakfast buns were good. Cinnamon rolls were decent but wished it had more cinnamon taste to it.

Great breakfast spot where they have fluffy egg sandwiches and a variety of pastries. They only open 4 hours a day from Thursday to Sunday. Got there around 8:30am on Friday and wait line was forming quite long, but there were still some tables left. I liked their buns and egg tart.
Lived up to the hype. Got a pastry, matcha latte, and puff - everything was 🔥. Staff were all super nice. Went right went they opened - no line

The eggs are incredibly soft. I recommend the sausage jalapeño sandwich as it gives you more flavor vs. the bacon sandwich.
