Perfect location, atmosphere. We had to wait 25 min for our sandwich but it totally worth it, meanwhile we wait we walked around and you can find a nice view of manhattan. We came back to get our order we were very pleased with it, the bread was very soft, we loved both sandwiches (avocado and shroom) I give them 10/10.
Love this cafe in my neighborhood! The sandwiches are all very tasty. I tried the cox, bulgogi, the original, and ham one. The coffee especially flat white is good as well. The tiramisu one is creative but definitely a calorie bomb.

Amazing place with sandwiches. They’re soft, fresh and tasty. Sometimes you’ve a long wait, but it’s worth it. Veggie options as well available. Coffee is good as well. You can work with a laptop on the 1st floor.
