I came into the store and their food is top notch. Affordable and the store is very clean and the gentleman at the front was so polite, they have parking and a large variety of food, snacks, beverages and even affordable miscellaneous items. 4 thumbs up!!!!

An African American crew who was handing out the orders is the nastiest and rudest person I've ever seen. When another crew member looked in the bag of one order, she pushed her and took the bag from her. She also managed to drive away several customers. One walked out shaking his head after she yelled at him. A couple walked away also after she told them very rudely not to hang out around the counter. A delivery guy walked out after she told him rudely (again) to stand behind the line. When I went to pick up my order and tried to get a straw from container that's on the counter, she slapped my hand and said the there was already one in the bag. She could have just told me that in a polite manner like a normal individual would do. The slapping of my hand was unnecessary. I will be talking to a lawyer about this physical abuse. This woman in uncivilized and has no manners. Shake Shack will lose clients unless this woman is sent to behavioural training or fire her. I didn't get this woman's name but the incidents took place om June 6th between 130PM and 2PM. Most of the crew members appear to be in the same age range. This woman is much older than everyone else. I hope she is not the manager. Otherwise, this store is doomed.

Food was gross and stunk, workers are very obnoxious. Especially the young woman with glasses. She hates her job and these workers might need a better wage in order to do their job correctly. They are struggling and it’s a really bad look.

Steak n take. Hmmmmm. There's no steak in the place. French fries with steak is fries with chop meat, raw onions and horrible sauce. Cheese burger again is loose sloppy joe meat. Horrible. They have fried chicken skins and again horrible. Only flavor was the rancid oil they were cooked in. Oh I almost forgot the lobster roll. I never ever seen anything like this before. It was horrible small probably non fresh lobster with Cajun seasoning on a discussing wholewheat roll. No mayo or anything that identifies a lobster roll. Needless to say a lot of money in the garbage. I do. Or recommend anything here. I will be following up with BBB and better be ready for health inspections. Not the cleanest place. STAY AWAY!!!!
