I came into the store and their food is top notch. Affordable and the store is very clean and the gentleman at the front was so polite, they have parking and a large variety of food, snacks, beverages and even affordable miscellaneous items. 4 thumbs up!!!!Dietary restrictions: They cater to your dietary restrictions!!

An African American crew who was handing out the orders is the nastiest and rudest person I've ever seen. When another crew member looked in the bag of one order, she pushed her and took the bag from her. She also managed to drive away several customers. One walked out shaking his head after she yelled at him. A couple walked away also after she told them very rudely not to hang out around the counter. A delivery guy walked out after she told him rudely (again) to stand behind the line. When I went to pick up my order and tried to get a straw from container that's on the counter, she slapped my hand and said the there was already one in the bag. She could have just told me that in a polite manner like a normal individual would do. The slapping of my hand was unnecessary. I will be talking to a lawyer about this physical abuse. This woman in uncivilized and has no manners. Shake Shack will lose clients unless this woman is sent to behavioural training or fire her. I didn't get this woman's name but the incidents took place om June 6th between 130PM and 2PM. Most of the crew members appear to be in the same age range. This woman is much older than everyone else. I hope she is not the manager. Otherwise, this store is doomed.

Honestly, If I could give this 0 stars I would. After driving over 30 mins to this place I was refused service by manager Trevor AFTER I HAD PAID! My credit card was charged & when I showed him the charge on my phone he RUDELY told me to come back tomorrow for a refund. I have worked in food industry as a manager & I definitely was never trained to be this INCOMPETENT. Why would I drive back 30 mins just for a refund!? When it could've been done right there or my food was prepared. Manager showed zero concern to resolve the issue & instead got mad when he was called out on it! As I work nearby I was excited to make this one of my new lunch spots & even do corporate catering with this shake shack but as my first visit was met with such DISGUST the manager has caused definetly a bent on the opportunity cost to the restaurant & from other people's experience this shake shack is deff going be an underperformer in quality & service especially if a manager like Trevor will be running the place.

first time here and definitely will be back, so glad it's only around the corner from me!! mozzarella sticks were the absolute best & had the perfect cheese pull. definitely recommend the mango orange tea & the sticky wings which were definite a 10/10. the lady that was working the register was so nice! definitely gotta give props the the gentleman cooking everything up in the back as well, all the food was amazing!
Food was gross and stunk, workers are very obnoxious. Especially the young woman with glasses. She hates her job and these workers might need a better wage in order to do their job correctly. They are struggling and it’s a really bad look.

So good!! Great bang for your buck. Great service, very nice staff. Very big menu lots of food to choose from and they have tables you can dine in at. Great for college students to come grab a good sandwich or dinner!! Great hole in the wall spot, corner store spot. Definitely will be back to try the seafood!

Cravings for fried fish southern batter breaded style and haven't found my spot yet in JC...this place hit the spot for my fried fish whiting and shrimp. Ordered the Great Seafood platter and good amount of food for $23- 3 pieces of fish one big and 2 smaller sizes -didn't count how many shrimp good portion tho ate them to quickly -Shrimp good size and and crab fries were tasty not sure what's in sauce but more crabmeat would be nice..my partner got the bacon cheeseburger hold tomato but they missed that detail and just ok and regular fries which were pretty basic. Condiments included must have hot sauce and Tartar sauce a lil sliver of cole slaw and pickles and lemons. I would order again just whiting and shrimp!!
