I had a great experience at Shake Shack today thanks to David’s outstanding service. I was waiting in line to order at the kiosk when he kindly approached me and offered to take my order directly at the register. Not only did he take care of everything with a smile, but he also brought the tray to my table and checked in to see if I needed anything else. In today’s world, it’s rare to find people who are genuinely friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make a difference....

My daughter and I stopped in to pick up burgers for the kids. It was a bit of a wait. Although we were sitting, we had to go to the counter to check for our order 3 times, we were not told the order was ready, but notice the bags on the counter, my daughter peekked into one of the bags and sure enough, it was our order. It didn't appear to be busy. A few people walked in for pickup orders.

My wife and I came on a Friday evening and enjoyed our visit. Jonathan was extremely polite and service minded: he brought us our food and ketchups and he also helped me find sanitizing wipes. He even came to check on us later on and took our empty tray when we were done. Best Shake Shack experience!
