Shake Shack Newport Centre

Best burger in town.

I love shake shack but at this location, the meat is usually burnt and always extremely dry.

I ate here at least 3 times during the week we were staying up there. The burgers I had were delicious. Thankful for plastic straws as well.

Customer service, addressing my request, special offer, friendly staff, options, relatively fast service and tasty.

The food is delicious, the establishment is well kept, one particular employee I don’t recall her first name but her last name is Murphy her demeanor was awesome taking my order.i appreciate that.

Was excited to try out the new shakes they have manger? recommended me their Thai shake. I was so delicious. Will come back to try the other 2 shakes

Originally, when this location opened customer service was amazing. Now, it’s at point where they don’t even acknowledge the customers. Today, instead of anyone providing service when I asked for assistance I was ignored. Yet, two of the employees had time to play around with other.

No attention to pick up customers. Lady with colored hair was on her phone in the back while we were waiting to pick up our order that was already ready

The customer service is terrible. Customers are standing in line and these are talking to each other rather than preparing food.

This is how they advertise truffle burger and hardly put on anything

We had four burgers, two of which were doubles and three of which were French fries. Waiting time with standing in line beforehand and waiting afterwards for about 15-20 minutes. Costs of just over 50 dollars are ok. The burgers were good, better than some fast food competitors, including the chain that is well known in Germany, but not outstanding either. Unfortunately, the fries were absolutely average, as boring as you would find them elsewhere. The tables were just cleaned. Still, it didn't look 100% inviting. In this regard, the aforementioned competition with the golden arches is better.

Very rude and they not care about costumer even I try to order food but they ignore bad experience

Cashier Anesa was awesome. I’ve never had shake shack before and was not saying the correct names for the items I wanted. I was afraid if I didn’t go quickly enough, the cashier would get annoyed. But Anesa took the time to understand what it was that I wanted and made me feel great about the ordering experience.

My whole family has been incredibly ill since Monday night when we ate here. Both my toddlers (4 & 1) got extremely sick that night and threw up all the way until Tuesday night and discovered we had food poisoning. Now my husband has been sick with a high fever all day and throwing up as well. We have never been this sick and it’s extremely heartbreaking watching my two babies go through what we just went through. And to my surprise this is not the first review this week of their cleanliness!!! What the hell is going on over there !!!

Waste of a cheat meal. So disappointing. Fries were cold, burger didn’t have what I asked for on it. I had to go back two times to ask and get the toppings originally ordered. Five Guys is better.
