I recently ordered from Shawarma Eats via Uber Eats and got the Beef Kofta over rice and a Chicken Shawarma combo. Unfortunately, my experience was mixed. First, none of the sauces I selected were included—only white sauce and ketchup were provided. Oddly enough, I didn’t even select ketchup, but it was still added, while the sauces I did choose were missing.
The Beef Kofta over rice was dry and really needed the sauces I selected to enhance the flavor. While it wasn’t bad, it was clear it wasn’t freshly made. As for the Chicken Shawarma combo, I actually received a chicken gyro instead. While it wasn’t bad, it wasn’t what I ordered. The fries that came with it were just okay.
On the positive side, the prices here aren’t bad, but I really hope they can improve these issues with accuracy and quality. This place has potential if they focus on better service and preparation.

Affordable but chicken seems downhill
I ordered through Grubhub today at approximately 5:45 pm. Per app, delivery would be about 7:17pm. Watching progress on my phone, at 7:17 it says Meti is picking up my order. At 7:18 pm, my order was canceled, note says restaurant is closed/unable to fill order . It took an to hour and a half to decide they couldn't prepare the food?
I love the food and everything the only thing I don’t like is that I always like to order over the phone so I could pick up and when I go and pick up my order is not ready everyone I go and they tell me oh sorry I forgot and they start to prepare I don’t like that since I’m wasting my time in waiting and that’s why i like to order ahead so I don’t have to be waiting and especially when you have a specific time in eating your food

Food is always so tasty and it’s also quick! Friendly service always. One of the only spots in the area that’s open late as well.

I really wanted to like this place but this is the second time that I’ve ordered falafel and they’ve been happy to accept the order and my money but not have any falafel. Take them off of the menu if you don’t make them. The carton says “no falafel” and just has a bunch of meat in it, which I don’t eat. No warning, no offer for money back or substitution. Also I ordered Diet Coke and they gave me full sugar. Again. I guess that’s my bad for giving y’all a second chance smh.
